It is important to us to have new employees fit in quickly, and to find what they are looking for here in the long term. We believe that really great results can only be achieved by a committed team with appropriate enthusiasm and inner motivation. It is therefore a primary consideration during our selection process, that besides the necessary qualifications/experience, we find a new team player whose personality also fits into our existing team. Our staff therefore place the greatest emphasis on seeking and selecting the most suitable person by applying subjective (professional and HR interviews) and objective (aptitude and personality tests, etc) selection techniques.We have a “multi-stage” selection process, individual “screens” depending on the distinctives and specifics of the given position or job.
