Since its establishment, MASTERPLAST has provided opportunity for students in higher education to write their theses and to obtain professional training (1-6 months). During the years since 2006, we have aided the practical preparation of numerous career entrants. Many valuable and constructive dissertations have been produced, in the compilation of which our managers played a key role, based on their many years of experience and the outstanding results achieved in their fields. Today we can claim that the skills and experience acquired during internship serve as a good basis for finding a position in the company group, and even in international career building. We take on young talent primarily in the areas of export, international trade, logistics, marketing and PR, HR, controlling and accountancy. We welcome applications from final year full-time students in higher education and/or newly graduated career entrants, who as active members of our youthful, dynamic, result-oriented team are open to acquiring practical skills related to their specialisation and to making continuous professional progress.
Those who can identify with the values professed and represented by the company, and who have appropriate ambition to exploit the international job and career opportunities offered by the company group. Considering the regional location of the company group and its market presence, there is an opportunity within the group for candidates with a knowledge of any of the following languages, and able to use them actively on a communication level, to advance internationally within the group: English, German, French, Italian, Romanian, Serbo-Croatian, Slovak.
